Ótima abordagem. Mais minha opinião e que temos futuramente um outro desafio minimizar todos os conceitos e padronizar as formas de buscas. Hoje temos diversas opções de tecnologia e mudança mais alguns dos novos conceitos acabam se repetindo mudando apenas sua apresentação em app e etc.
Observo que para o futuro teremos menos tempo de pesquisar e avaliar qual será a melhor pratica para as necessidades do dia a dia sejam elas pessoais e industriais.

Como é do nosso conhecimento todas e quaisquer mudança mexe com a zona de conforto dos envolvidos. Com certeza estamos vivendo uma enorme mudança e, principalmente, com quebra de paradigmas e, entre eles, os argumentos na utilização de robôs, físicos ou virtuais, nas corporações. Da falta de conhecimento e de interesse nasce o profissional resistente às mudanças, mas, obviamente, a 4.0 também não passará incólume, porém a solução é, sem duvidas, a gestão da mudança. Somente assim poderemos ter sucesso mitigando as resistências às mudanças.
